To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五嘅晚上，放工悶悶地😒無野做，最好就係搵朋友出嚟飲番杯🍺，吹吹水🗣，解悶氣。路經銅鑼灣又未夠鐘食飯，於是乎就去咗呢間工業風味⚙️甚濃嘅日式酒吧食少少，食番杯先。😏.呢間位於耀華街街頭嘅酒吧，易搵又易認，一入去就會見到好大個好似摩天輪🎡咁嘅旋轉輪，每格都放咗啤酒桶🍻，非常raw嘅設計裝飾。網上搵資料先知原來酒吧名都好有意思，Tapazaka發音似西班牙文Tapas🥓加日文saka🍶，意即間示酒吧提供日式佐酒小食為主。.跟朋友一人一杯 #Asahi ($68)🍺，加埋一碟 #串燒雞拼🐔 ($)，4款共8條分別有雞肉、雞皮、雞軟骨同埋雞腎($158)，雞肉肉質鮮嫩，雞腎就爽口有嚼口，不過還是最愛雞皮，雖然非常邪惡，但香脆惹味，用嚟送酒一流！🤤🤤🤤
