International Wine Bar Hotel Restaurant Food Wise Eateries No Shark Fin

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有位KOL推薦呢一間餐廳，特別推介一款蟹餅，睇落幾好食，趁天清氣朗，走嚟試一試。食物味道: Fish Bar以海鮮為主食，我認為Fish Bar嘅歐美式烹煮方法仍然及唔上中式咁多變化咁好味，Fish Bar嘅海鮮夠新鮮，至於能唔能夠帶出鮮味，就要睇烹煮功夫，我試咗兩款Fish Bar Classics 系列的食物，一款唔錯，另一款就失敗了。食物份量: 份量足，絕無欺場價錢: 中上的酒店價錢環境: 呢度位於酒店泳池旁邊，情調一流，可惜全間餐廳冇冷氣，只係用風扇，今日溫度達到37度，食食吓熱到流汗。服務: 酒店殷勤服務，無可置疑。回頭指數(10分滿分): 環境優美，不過冇冷氣，兼且歐美式海鮮我覺得麻麻，俾3分。
