陪太座到上環探老人家,順道解決晚餐才回家,來到永樂街,選了這店,據聞店主是教友,開設此餐館作教友交流和聚腳用,難怪有些餐桌上放置了耶穌在馬糟的擺設。見鄰座的飲品頗豔麗,太座也興起,點了一杯叫La Postre 的cocktail,蔚藍的色調,酸中帶甜,但喝至底部則較甜。Strawberry Mojito,沒有酒精的Mojito,同樣是以薄荷葉為主要材料,加了草莓和汽水調製,清涼可口。蜜瓜黑毛豬,風乾了十八個月的黑毛豬,可配麵包條吃,味道不是太濃鬱,也可配蜜瓜黑桑莓吃,是不錯的頭盤。欖油蒜片蝦,熨熱的橄欖油浸著,有蒜片,香草,辣椒等,飄散著蒜香,十分惹味,若有碟意粉便好了。西班牙海鮮飯,是二人的份量,材料豐富,大蝦,青口,蜆,魷魚,西班牙辣腸等,每粒飯都吸收了海鮮的鮮味和番茄,藏紅花的香味,大蝦亦爽甜,值得一讚。無花果脆批,先將新鮮無花果輕煮,放批底焗,批夠脆,無花果有蜜香,加上雪糕,又冷又熱,超正!很喜歡吃綠茶食品,點了綠茶麻糬窩夫,喜見有一球紅豆蓉和一球綠茶吉士,麻糬窩夫賣相討好,惟用刀切下,發覺頗硬,應注意粉漿的調較。
