黎到主菜我地叫左Multi beef feast
(包含是日熟成肉,熟成醬油牛肋肉,和牛牛舌,和牛橫隔膜肉)
當中我最鐘意食係和牛橫隔膜肉,聽個名都知呢位係比較少,佢油花分佈平均得黎亦好有牛香同好淋,可以稱得上完美。
其次係熟成醬油牛肋肉,用醬油帶出另外一個層次,甜甜地咁。好高水準。

叫左一杯紅酒 Allees de Cantermerle 2013 $108
呢隻酒我之前都飲過,個人覺得配紅酒幾夾,佢帶點藍莓同士多啤梨果香,中段有少少木桶味,餘韻則有少少朱古力奶油感覺,係一隻比較溫柔既酒。
