To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 文盲的侍應，令人受氣的午餐

今午和家人食午餐，點咗三嗰午餐，再加甜品 - 菠蘿「椰汁」珍珠$18，但侍應就寫菠蘿「椰奶」珍珠$40.睇一睇張單，點解明明點既甜品，價錢唔同咗，於是再睇餐牌，侍應落錯單，於是問其他侍應，他們肯同我改單。但剛才同我落錯單的侍應，就好冇禮貌地走嚟鬧我哋，之後嗰位冇禮貌的侍應就放低張單，但張單價錢就包括咗：菠蘿椰汁珍珠+菠蘿椰奶珍珠。咩服務態度，自己寫錯野/聽錯嘢，就叫客人埋單？？一肚氣，比錢買難受😣⋯⋯各位光顧嘅客人，真係要指住餐牌比侍應睇，先好落單。
