To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

文興記的牛腩飯，炸脆雞翼，味道正

走進文興記，香麻麻嘅牛腩味已經引爆晒我個食慾😋！試咗佢哋嘅原汁牛腩飯，牛腩嘅入味程度真係得嚟又淋又惹味，飯底吸滿咗汁，每一啖都係咸香滋味，再加埋啖啖肉嘅牛筋，弹牙得嚟又唔會太扎口，簡直係飯盅裡面嘅小小驚喜！而家講返雞翼，脆香雞中翼炸得金黃色，外皮酥脆，入口朗哋哋，啖啖肉嘅鮮嫩汁液同酥皮撞出一道好戲，真係郁唔郁手指都戥損嘅緊要😍！喺茶餐廳度搵到咁正嘅小食，真係嚇親晒我，花生咁濃味，正！飲品我揀咗凍檸水，清新唔膩嘴，酸甜得嚟又解膩，餐尾嘆一口，爽啤啤嘅感覺直沖涼！下次再過嚟，我一定仲有嘢發掘💡！
