To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

被新加坡旅遊局評為三大海南雞飯名店嘅文華酒店Chatterbox,海南雞飯到底有幾好食?雞腿肉嫩滑,可惜味道略嫌單薄,要靠三個醬惡補。辣椒醬、薑蓉、醬油各有特色,辣椒醬辣而不咸,薑蓉薑味出,不過油,醬油濃度剛好,雞肉味道確因此提升,連雞胸的「鞋」口都可稍微彌補。相對雞肉,油飯更有驚喜,有雞的鮮、香料的誘人,有油花但不膩人。層次分明,教人一口接一口,不知不覺已吃完一碗,還意猶未盡。之後是小食「馬來特色香煎辣魚餅」,估佢唔到四條魚餅軟淋淋攤喺四片正方形的方包上,口感不用說是一定不會有,婆婆都可以安心進食。入口少少辣,少少魚腥,就係咁多,我知可能有人話這是正宗我唔識食,也許是這樣吧。但不喜歡極軟魚肉餅的人請別點。 最後「招牌椰子雪糕」反而有驚喜,驟眼睇以為要價過百的甜品份量極少,豈料小小椰盎內填滿雪糕,香甜具輕巧奶味的雪糕藏着淡淡椰肉,裝飾的罐頭荔枝菠蘿都可以原諒,是一個很不錯的收結。
