To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Express 文華海南雞飯，飽滿晶亮的黃油雞皮，雞肉非常之嫩滑，而且好有雞味，入口是雞油、膠質、蛋白質的交融。雞油飯，飯粒南洋香料風味的雞汁包裹，吸收曬雞汁嘅精髓雞，入口爆香👍🏻我另外追加配小食香脆薄餅，配咖喱汁及蔬菜條，薄餅即叫即整，脆薄可口，咖喱香而不會過辣，真係食完一口接一口。豬肉沙嗲，有肉汁，唔會燒到好乾身，juicy，一定要點個沙嗲醬，你食過就包你話唔夠喉。椰子雪糕咖央多士，個包好鬆軟，咖央醬香味加上清鮮而不會過甜嘅椰子雪糕，真係絕配，無得頂呀。原來涼粉配豆漿係朋友嚟架，豆味香濃，這一餐so yummy 🫶🏻
