今日去上環鋿晶館吃晚餐,原來是以前“好彩酒樓“舊址。現師傅好厲害,曾就職於日本東京富麗華多年,專為高管達人和明星服務,回港後在多家米芝蓮及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗豐富。我哋嗌左龍蝦湯瑤柱燴海皇羹:師傅好俾心思,湯好正,好甜。龍蝦味濃郁,配料有瑤柱,蝦,帶子,元貝,紅蘿蔔等,師傅食材俾好足。值得嘗試。香草燒西班牙豬肋排,看得到師傅是烤完先切件,肉汁就唔會流失,好有咬口,好香。黑椒粉絲海中蝦煲,係魚王即撈到廚房燜煮,海中蝦超級新鮮。粉絲燜得好爽口,呢份有點小小辣。香芒貴妃大蝦球,由新鮮沙律菜墊底,還吃得出由新鮮芒果打出嚟㗎汁裹埋炸好啲大蝦球,外皮甜甜哋,內里蝦球新鮮又彈牙,很不錯,而且每隻蝦都好大隻,不愧係大蝦球。川味辣子雞,雞肉夠辣夠味。除左雞肉,還可以吃到豬肉片。師傅真係俾哂足料。
