To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續分享親子食記,今天寫的是小兄妹歷史博物館玩樂後,一家人與朋友在旺角百樂潮州吃飯的片段,末段十分爆笑!  關於歷史博物館的介紹,還有小兄妹的村姑裝扮,有興趣請到媽媽網誌,這裡只是講食。由尖東過來這裡很快,而首訪這間清麗高雅的餐廳,我們一家都馬上給環境迷倒,地方乾淨企理又舒適,帶著小朋友來用餐十分安心。 我們慣性早到給小兄妹餵食自家粥仔,同時店方也奉上了功夫茶及咸酸菜。為食小兄妹竟然一眼看中酸甜爽口的咸酸菜,一定要加在粥中同吃,果然夠眼光!    等到小兄妹吃到八八九九,朋友們也到齊,是時間上菜了。首先是 潮式白烚凍花蟹 ($48/兩),這隻大蟹重兩斤多,殼薄肉厚且多,肉質是無比的細嫩鮮甜,加點醋來吃,超美味啊! 我們家不客氣分了一隻巨大蟹鉗來吃,啖啖肉超鮮甜,太幸福了!好此味者絕對不能錯過。然後有 皮蛋酸薑 ($68),甜魔媽媽與囝囝都很愛吃皮蛋(對他來說是 Monster egg! ),不過這裡的出品不夠溏心,反而酸薑是估不到超甜爽脆、一點無渣,好好好好吃! 然後有 酸甜方魚海蜇 ($80),海蜇吃得多,加進蕃茄、蘋果及方魚的卻是第一次試,酸酸甜甜的又帶脆,清新又消暑。如果質感不那

吃潮菜怎可以少了滷水?點了 滷水鵝片拼豆腐 ($220),鵝片嫩滑而不太肥,是為食囝囝的心水之選;至於底下的滷水豆腐就是妹妹的心頭好,一連吃了三大件之多!

百樂一品煲 ($280) 驟聽十分昂貴,但熱度十足的煲內滿是碩大鮮蝦、鮮嫩帶子、海參、魷魚、雞件、冬菇及西蘭花,鮮味濃郁豐富,滿滿一兜是貨真價實。

天氣暑熱,一於點份醒胃解暑的 檸檬燉鴨湯 ($108)。湯頭清徹,帶有鴨子的酥香,有食友嫌酸咸檸檬不夠味,對我來說就足夠了,見有剩就飲了兩大碗。

爆笑的事發生了!妹妹早前在歷史博物館玩得太累,加上整頓非常興奮,試這又吃那,去到末段竟然累到竟然斷路,一下子倒在桌子上就睡了...
