To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚一行四人去食興生飯,呢間百樂門裝修前,經常同朋友聚會都揀佢,見佢裝修完再幫襯,今次酒樓職員服務跟以往很大分別,非常不專業!首先,我們食飯期間,每碟餸菜還未吃完,不明白職員為什麼經常問可唔可以收碟!但講緊當時只是7:30pm左右,跟住我停咗手冇食嘢,個侍應又走埋嚟收咗我個碗和個碟,問我仲食唔食,我話食完,佢就攞走咗,冇再俾返個碗同碟我!大概八點左右,到我哋食晒8899,佢哋走埋嚟又收我哋啲碟,總之令人覺得好滋擾,好似想我哋快啲離開咁。大概8:15pm左右,我哋想食多個糖醋麵,所以再order,等緊期間,我叫侍應給回碗碟,因為未食完嘢仲有嘢未嚟,一個侍應就話:吓,仲有嘢食咩?!另一個侍應拿碗碟來,很不專業地說:唔係我攞咗你個碗碟,唔關我事!因為朋友生日,我們預先放了蛋糕在酒樓,叫職員拿出來後,職員也不夠專業,好在我知道蛋糕入面有生日牌,該位職員雖然幫我拿蛋糕出來,但係差點將蛋糕盒連生日牌丟去,我自己伸手拿回才不至令生日蛋糕冇裝飾。講緊要收$150切餅費。最後竟然9pm左右,便要求我們結數,我真係冇諗過可以咁樣,侍應還說台台都要結數!我們都冇諗過一間裝修得唔錯嘅酒樓竟然有如此不專業的服務!仲要餸菜價錢都不是普通嗰種,我哋香港人支持希望多啲留港消費,可惜遇到如此情況!實在不會再推薦給朋友來這裏消費!難怪香港人都喜歡北上!香港咁嘅服務質素實在不堪!

朋友相聚,定了在旺角新世紀廣場的百樂潮州酒家。這酒樓面積不算很大,但座位亦算舒服。~太極素菜𡙡賣相討人、綠白顏色吸睛。素菜𡙡味道不錯,稀杰適中。~芋茸香酥鴨香酥鴨炸得金黃色,外層芋茸脆口;內裏香芋綿軟,味道不錯。整體口感極像芋角。~鹵水拼盤拼盤絕對能迎合不同人的愛好;鹵水鴨肉、五花腩肉和豆腐都非常入味。最愛還是爽口的墨魚片。~欖菜肉碎炒飯欖菜的鹹味道突出,粒粒米飯加入肉碎令整個炒飯的口感和味道更豐富,非常惹味。~鮮蝦菜苗餃餃皮晶瑩,餡料豐富。邊談邊吃,時間不經不覺就溜走了。是日午餐吃足兩個鐘,非常滿足。
