To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食丼丼屋，原來都唔係好貴，餐牌上都有好多嘅選擇🤩🤩我叫左個新出既炸雞丼飯，都幾好食，齋街上有開胃嘅沙律醬，減低炸雞嘅油膩感之餘，亦令到味道更加吸引，而且炸雞炸得10分好吃，外皮10分金黃香脆，肉質嫩滑，確實是不錯呢😝😝附身嘅沙律同埋味增湯一啲都唔馬虎，沙律內有蟹棒粒，而味增湯內有金菇同埋蜆肉粒，實在是10分豐富！🤩🤩玉子卷甜甜地，不過我覺得如果係鹹味會更加好食！甜品就係白玉紅豆雪糕同黑蜜缺餅，味道不過不失啦🤣🤣
