To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節期間係度食tea,發現出左的新茶餐,其中一樣係焗豬扒包配甜蕃薯及飲品$17.就試呢樣啦.見佢地用家用焗爐焗熱的豬仔包再夾上預先整好的豬扒同配菜,都要等5分鐘至有得食.個人喜歡呢度既豬扒包多過大家樂,豬扒都幾鬆軟可以一口咬到包及豬扒,味道比大家樂淡一些,呢度有加少許芝士但食唔到芝士香味,可能唔太多啦.至於甜蕃薯大約有5條手指既粗度,好味好甜,好過炸格仔薯炸到鬼咁.
