To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友在尖沙咀K11 Musea行街，行到攰左，又肚餓，而且餐廳堂食不能在6:00pm之後，所以我們要趕在餐廳不能堂食之前搵一間餐廳進餐，其實之前也想去試試這一間餐廳，但每次經過都是一條長長的人龍，今日竟然有人排隊，可能是疫情的關係。我們進入餐廳之後，侍應便遞上餐牌，我們看過餐牌之後，便點了這間餐廳的signature，大蝦喇沙和海南雞飯，如果你需要雞髀，需要加$10 ，其實看看周圍餐廳的食客，他們大部份都是點這兩個食物的。
