被困在香港差不多兩年,最懷念就是新加坡的美食,回家時在車站附近發現一家新開的新加坡餐廳,決定一試裝修設計清新簡約,地方偌大,座位舒適先到收銀處點餐,食物準備好會收到傳呼機通知取餐麵粉粿湯有豬肉丸、炸江魚仔、滷冬菇、蛋、菜心、炸蒜及蔥!麵粉粿有咬勁,料好湯實在辣椒板麵的配料基本相同,再以參巴醬辣椒醬拌板麵!麵條口感有彈性,沾附了蛋汁、辣椒醬和肉碎,滋味豐富炸黃姜雞中翼外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁美祿爆炸以經典的麥芽朱古力味為基調,再於飲品面層加上濃郁香甜的美祿可可球,令層次再度昇華斑蘭薏米水清甜潤滑可口,是消暑去濕的良飲
