To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox開業於新加坡文華大酒店，最出名就係拎晒獎的文華海南雞飯!!除左雞飯，其他新加坡菜式同樣都做得出色可以一試!!🏨- 文華海南雞飯 HK$138 🐣🍚得獎招牌菜必叫!!海南雞份量相當大份，雞皮脆爽，雞肉雞香濃郁，但可惜肉質未達到極度嫩滑!!可能跟雞品種比較少脂肪有關。油飯香氣四溢充滿雞油味道，粒粒分明口感彈牙，好正宗!!三款醬料黑醬油，薑蓉醬及辣椒醬都沒有特別之處，但辣椒醬缺少微酸的清新感。- 星洲海鮮炒貴刁 HK$128 🍝🦐做得比海南雞飯更出色!!貴刁炒得香口，帶有甜豉油香氣而且上色均勻，吃完碟底一點油膩感都無，炒功了得!!配有大蝦、半熟帶子、魷魚、臘腸、銀魚仔等，味道豐富鮮味濃郁!!生菜絲及韭菜更增添了清脆口感，味道同口感都層次十足!!- 沙嗲串燒拼盤 HK$128 🐷🐮🐣雞肉串最好食!!共有六串豬牛雞各二，串燒燒得香口，肉本身有調味，不蘸醬料也夠惹味。沙嗲醬帶有椰汁香甜味，雞肉串燒絕配!!不過，牛肉本身比較濃郁，所以不建議配沙嗲醬。- 芒果菠蘿梳打 HK$48 🥭🍍🍹
