To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第三次食呢間新加坡人氣海南雞飯。還記得第一次係在尖沙咀K11 Musea分店食。得知太古城開左快餐Express分店後，都前後嚟試食過。太古城店採用快餐店形式，自己搵位，然後出counter落單，或者可以透過素描餐桌上嘅QR Code手機落單，非常方便。今日仍然係叫咗招牌海南雞飯$108，包餐湯，油飯同跟一杯飲品。落單後唔夠5分鐘，就有職員將餐點送上。雞肉尚算嫩滑，不過食落冇第一次感覺咁驚艷，值唔值呢個價錢就見仁見智。太古分店飯時間非常多人，經常有長長嘅人龍係餐廳外等候，想食嘅人記得要早少少到。仲有少少唔鍾意嘅係餐廳座位有啲迫，與鄰座嘅距離非常近，中間又冇隔板，始終仲係疫情期間，有啲擔心。
