好幾年前去星加坡旅行,去過當地文華酒店chatterbox,對於佢個海南雞飯我嘅印象唔深刻,反而好鍾意食佢個喇沙。今日行經K11 Musea,本來想食間牛油果餐廳行嚟行去都搵唔到,見到佢又唔使排隊,所以就入咗去食,回味下星加坡嘅味道。兩份豆漿味都唔錯,唔會太甜,幾有特色,而且豆漿同涼粉嘅味道算好夾。諗諗吓自己都可以係屋企整相比起海南雞飯,我自己比較喜歡Chatterbox嘅喇沙,雖然美中不足係佢嘅喇沙冇落螄蚶,但味道濃郁,極度足料。有三隻帶子,起碼係日本帶子最少3S大小,帶子生熟剛好,但鮮味不足。湯底好味到我全部都飲晒。之前響新加坡都冇食過佢哋嘅鹹蛋雞翼, $78一碟雞翼聽落有啲貴,但佢足足有六隻,仲要size一啲都唔細,其實唔係貴過快餐廳好多,而且調味都做得幾好。佢嘅座位都相對舒適,價錢有少少貴啦,不過行開嚟呢頭都可以試吓。

相比起海南雞飯,我自己比較喜歡Chatterbox嘅喇沙,雖然美中不足係佢嘅喇沙冇落螄蚶,但味道濃郁,極度足料。有三隻帶子,起碼係日本帶子最少3S大小,帶子生熟剛好,但鮮味不足。湯底好味到我全部都飲晒。

佢嘅座位都相對舒適,價錢有少少貴啦,不過行開嚟呢頭都可以試吓。
