To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好幾年前去星加坡旅行，去過當地文華酒店chatterbox，對於佢個海南雞飯我嘅印象唔深刻，反而好鍾意食佢個喇沙。今日行經K11 Musea，本來想食間牛油果餐廳行嚟行去都搵唔到，見到佢又唔使排隊，所以就入咗去食，回味下星加坡嘅味道。兩份豆漿味都唔錯，唔會太甜，幾有特色，而且豆漿同涼粉嘅味道算好夾。諗諗吓自己都可以係屋企整相比起海南雞飯，我自己比較喜歡Chatterbox嘅喇沙，雖然美中不足係佢嘅喇沙冇落螄蚶，但味道濃郁，極度足料。有三隻帶子，起碼係日本帶子最少3S大小，帶子生熟剛好，但鮮味不足。湯底好味到我全部都飲晒。之前響新加坡都冇食過佢哋嘅鹹蛋雞翼， $78一碟雞翼聽落有啲貴，但佢足足有六隻，仲要size一啲都唔細，其實唔係貴過快餐廳好多，而且調味都做得幾好。佢嘅座位都相對舒適，價錢有少少貴啦，不過行開嚟呢頭都可以試吓。
