.⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯ ♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯ 麵食類一向我都係最鍾意拉麵,平時都會留意得獎嘅拉麵店舖。今次就到訪中環IFC,試下喺東京榮獲米芝蓮一星嘅「金色不如帰」。牛肝菌醬油雞湯拉麵呢款就係新推出嘅拉麵,主打自家製黃金清湯。湯底用咗超過40公斤嘅雞骨、雞腳和雞皮,配搭蔬菜、魚清湯熬製而成,最後仲加入雞油,所以味道層次都好豐富。配料方面則用上低溫慢煮日本直送雞胸,香煎鵝肝和炒牛肝菌,味道濃郁又唔油膩。貝汁醬油拉麵選用新鮮直送大蜆製成嘅蜆湯,混合清魚湯和豚骨湯製成秘製湯底。每一啖都係海鮮嘅鮮味,又有豚骨嘅濃厚風味。四季柑氣泡玄米茶氣泡加上四季柑嘅清香好適合比較濃味嘅拉麵。燒豚肉叉燒小碗飯如果唔夠飽就可以加多個叉燒飯,都係另外一個享受。
