日本東京新宿每朝排哂長龍攞籌等開店後有得食嘅過江龍Michelin⭐️拉麵店香港都係要排隊,但可能由於分店多平日中午12點前到達的話,有位直接入座。多人嘅時候係攞籌形式等位。如果喺東京食過本店嘅拉麵的話就會覺得香港呢間質數差好遠⋯我點咗「貝汁醬油拉麵」個湯感覺上深度唔夠加咗啲松露好似蓋過個湯嘅清甜味道可惜,日本想入Michelin嘅拉麵店大都利用松露外國人比較容易認同口味。三層肉同低溫叉燒好薄好少低溫叉燒本來應該好滑,但呢塊只係「淋」青蔥可以再落多啲,而家食唔到蔥味。麵選用幼麵,硬度剛好,但量比較少。配料隻「溏心蛋」調味得非常好,中間流心個人認為一定要加!雖然大致上我覺得味道普通但喺香港嘅水準來說算係好味!值得去

Had tried their oyster ramen with oyster soup at their ifc branch. It’s great to be weather-proof when it was amber rain earlier. It’s very nice to taste the oyster flavour in the broth. It’s very nice to taste the oyster flavour in the broth. There’s a slice of lemon there as well, which gave the nice fresh lemon flavour to the oyster, which was soft and fresh. It’s good that the lemon didn’t leave any bitter flavour when immersed in the hot soup. From its look, I thought the oyster would be hard, like the Chinese style golden oyster, but it turned out to be soft. They also put the oyster paste onto the 2 slices of slow cook cha siu, a very nice mix. I usually don’t like rockets much as a salad, while I quite like the rockets soaked into this rich broth and to be eaten warm.

The gyozas were nice. Also liked the iced peach roasted tea. It looked and tasted like a half juice half tea.

I think it lived up to its Michelin accreditation for its Tokyo branch.

係上環整完回鄉證,lunch time時間行過中環覓食,見到ifc有依間拉麵店話係米芝蓮,一於就試試佢去到就入得唔洗等位,我同老公叫左2個lunch set,lunch set包一份主食,一份小食同一杯野飲,我同老公分別就叫左白豚骨拉麵同埋貝味醬油拉麵,小食我地2個人都揀左豚肉煎餃,老公另外加左隻溏心蛋等左10分鐘左右就有得食,麵質幾好唔會話太淋/太硬,湯底都幾鮮,不過我個人就唔太好魚湯,所以覺得有小小腥,而老公就話佢個白豚骨幾好食,我都試左啖佢嗰個湯底,小妹就鍾意重口味野,所以略嫌有小小淡至於豚肉煎餃,幾好食既👍🏻即煎夠熱,而且都幾多肉汁,又唔會話煎得太燶最後我地兩個人埋單$430連加一,米芝蓮黎講唔算貴,而且店員服務都唔錯👍🏻

路過呢間好多次都冇食,今日11點幾見佢冇乜人就同屋企人入去試吓。我是日茹素,冇叫拉麵,屋企人叫了貝汁底豉油拉麵,牛腩炆大根,我叫了四季沙律及脆豆腐。員工記性很好,態度有善,上菜速度快,在IFC這個位置是delightedly expected. 兩位屋企人都讚個拉麵湯底清得來很香,松露味突出,可惜蓋過了貝汁的味。豆腐的miso sauce 非常非常濃!陪着炸豆腐,很有新鮮感。40分鐘不到食完這一餐,優質服務及食物是意料之內,不失為busy schedule 之中嘅一個好選擇。

呢間連續四年獲得米芝蓮一星嘅拉麵店,係香港都開咗好幾年,(說來慚愧🤣)直到今時今日先去試,銅鑼灣有間姊妹店叫“牡蠣不如帰”,我一直諗試咗邊間先好呢,最後揀咗先試貝汁拉麵🍜!⠀拉麵款式選擇唔算多,貝汁主題最signature一定係貝汁鹽味/醬油拉麵,當日我就選擇咗“貝汁鹽味拉麵”。雖然望落黃金色嘅湯頭唔算太令人curious,但叉燒上嘅牛肝菌醬撈匀成個由蜆貝、豚骨同魚熬成嘅湯底,令當中嘅貝味更加鮮,絕對生色不少👍🏻。同行嘅另一半嗌咗“貝汁醬油拉麵”,我試過個湯底可能加咗醬油嘅關係,相對嚟講貝汁嘅鮮味冇咁出,亦因為加多咗牛肝菌油嘅關係,牛肝菌味比貝汁鮮味更搶眼。如果喜歡食到最鮮嘅貝類味道,建議嗌鹽味;相反唔係特別喜歡鮮味嘅,可以選擇醬油或者其他款式拉麵。另外我地仲嗌咗“自家製豚肉煎餃”🥟,雖然佢係煎嘅,但比起坊間嘅煎餃子唔算油膩,當中餡料豐富,點少量醋可以增加豚肉香氣,呢款小食都係可推薦。⠀對佢嘅印象都幾好,如果下次食拉麵會想試吓牡蠣不如帰,蠔嘅鮮味應該更加明顯🤣。

The service was awful and not baby-friendly. My family went there for lunch on the first day of Chinese New Year, and the staff really ruined our mood. We ordered 4 bowls of noodles and a bowl of rice with pork for the baby who was not able to eat as fast as adults. Not long after the rice got cold, and we asked if anyone could help to reheat it for the baby, but we were refused which was quite unexpected for us since this was not the first time we asked for the same thing in a restaurant. My family went there for lunch on the first day of Chinese New Year, and the staff really ruined our mood. We ordered 4 bowls of noodles and a bowl of rice with pork for the baby who was not able to eat as fast as adults. Not long after the rice got cold, and we asked if anyone could help to reheat it for the baby, but we were refused which was quite unexpected for us since this was not the first time we asked for the same thing in a restaurant. However, this was our first time to get refused (the staff told us they could not reheat up the food, seems quite ridiculous to me). In order to reheat food and milk for the 18mons baby, we asked for a large bowl of boiled water instead (since there was no reheating service). Still, we got treated very impatiently.
I never expected such terrible service in a Michelin star restaurant which I would not recommend to anyone and never come again.

今次試食嘅金色不如帰,你話,貝汁湯底同磅蟹湯拉麵嘅組合,真喺有啲厲害。個湯底嘅海鮮味真喺幾正🐚,飲落去每一啖都夠晒味,夠香夠鮮,再加上酸奶油,天哪,正喇!個黃金蟹肉餃子,外皮咬落去又脆又有嚼勁,但蟹味唔夠哂突出;我覺得加多啲醬油可能會令味道更飛躍。而家講下招牌貝汁鹽味拉麵嘅部分,真喺想大讚一番呀👏,個湯頭鮮美得嚟唔膩,添咗黑松露醬,個味道即時爆燈!面條彈牙得來唔過分硬淨,正正好好。最後,我都試咗鳥皮烏賊揚,啲烏賊球條條脆口,個芥末醬又夠晒型,真喺細細粒心思,好過癮!呢間店,心情低落或者想犒賞下自己嗰時,嚟吓食碗暖笠笠嘅拉麵,絕對是煥然一新嘅體驗。呢度嘅料理真喺勁,麵食愛好者唔該錯過!🍜🥢
