To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新品〈麻辣雞翼〉食評記

對於譚仔三哥，我真系食極都唔厭。最近係社交媒體得知，有新出品〈麻辣雞翼〉，我當然二話不說就要衝去試。乜都唔洗講，先評論麻辣雞翼。30蚊有五隻，同其他味道嘅雞翼價錢一樣。雞翼既外表程微紅色，同樣乾身香口。雞翼內裡肉質大致上同土匪雞翼差不多，我猜製作方法應該是一樣只不過是醃料不同。味道方面麻與辣並重，平常吃10少辣的我覺得辣度可以接受，間唔中飲一兩啖凍飲就ok。雖然未致到可以取代土匪雞翼系我心目中嘅位置，但我都喜愛，絕對會再食！
