To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今晚一人晚餐，無乜胃口諗住去三哥求其食碗麵就算～等位期間望到個『酸辣撈薯粉』好似幾吸引，即然都諗唔到食乜，一於試下新野啦😉撈粉本身嘅配料巳有雲耳、炸菜、豬耳、薄脆、青瓜絲⋯⋯我額外加左魚蛋。上枱時賣相唔錯～可惜，脆片唔脆，豬耳太肥，醬汁太鹹😭😭😭味道係好嘅，不過越食越咸好彩揀左魚蛋，淡淡地都唔錯。希望可以改善下。
