元朗新開既商場好似已經開始多舖頭同餐廳。呢間燒肉店,坐得幾舒服,服務都ok周到Set有湯,前菜,白飯,甜品同埋餐飲。前菜係醃青瓜配辣牛脷粒,牛脷粒咬落辣辣地幾有口感。湯係昆布豆腐麵豉湯,味道唔太鹹,飲落舒服。黑毛和牛大判燒盛合 $446三款唔同部位嘅黑毛和牛,分別有牛西冷,牛三角同埋牛腹位。和牛西冷有配隻溫泉蛋,油花多食落好香嫩。浸埋落溫泉蛋到包起D蛋汁食落更加香黑毛豚無骨小排$58豚肉片小排位置肥肉唔算太多,燒到兩面焦香先食,食落有少少脆香牛舌盛合 $148有鹽味牛舌芯,同埋蔥鹽味嘅牛舌尖。牛舌芯口感比較嫩,牛舌尖位口感比較爽,兩種唔同嘅口感都唔差甜品擺盤都好日式好靚,分別有雪糕糯米糍同埋杏仁布丁,杏仁味香,布丁口感唔會一食就散開個種,唔太甜岩食
