To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經來過上海街618多次，餐廳當時仍未營業，今次趁機會在它開門時早上11：30便進入餐廳。它的裝飾富懐舊時代氣息，地下鋪上80年代的小街磚，座位放得比較緊迫。由於是早午餐時段，客人不算多，但侍應都是指定客人入座那一張檯子，客人不得異議。我們只試了兩個小食，分別是香炸滷肉卷和薄餅配咖喱。另外，我們還叫了一杯斋啡和手拉白咖啡。滷肉卷外包的是腐皮，上檯時十分熱和香脆，內有馬碲粒和芋頭絲，味道不錯。薄餅鬆軟和不油膩，加上綠豆咖喱醬，味道絕配。這一餐簡便快捷，算是不錯。
