To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食過丼丼屋啦餐牌啲食物好似都冇咩點變唯獨係冇咗雪糕巴菲以前次次嚟都會食十勝豚丼醬汁好開胃 肉嘅份量亦都好足夠不過就真係冇以前咁好食啲肉片硬身有口感 比較鍾意以前會有肥膏既豚肉如果唔鍾意肥肉嘅可能會like this 雜錦刺身丼刺身份量好足 同埋好新鮮入面刺身嘅種類亦都好豐富 個人真係比較鍾意呢啲切到一粒粒嘅刺身飯多過一片片 一啖放入口乜都有好滿足啲刺身係多到食到最後一啖飯都仲會有料滑蛋大蝦丼中規中矩冇乜特別 唔會出事嘅選擇蝦好大隻 肉質亦都好OK 天婦羅粉唔會過厚滑蛋就感覺一般 炸魷魚鬚出奇地好食 好有口感好彈牙但係份量有點少水果茶唔知係定期會唔同款定點我嗰日飲嘅係荔枝味唔會太甜
