To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新嘢太難食要慎重

今日11點半到，無咩人亦唔使排隊見到新嘢出就試下啦，結果難食到飛起🤢首先，個韓式甜辣醬炸雞，個扭扭薯條好咸😵‍💫，真係好咸。個甜辣炸雞一啲都唔好食，個皮一啲都唔脆，而且又唔熱，好似整定係度好耐凍囇咁。成碟嘢最好食就係個沙律菜。。。跟住食小龍蝦松露芝士通心粉，其實俾我嘅時候已經賣相麻麻，可以睇到面個啲芝士已經凍硬左，啲通心粉放得太耐都硬晒，而且無咩味😑小龍蝦嘅肉乾爭爭。我猜測會唔會係尋日賣唔曬今朝返熱拎出嚟賣，所以咁樣🤢最好味係個酥皮龍蝦湯同埋咖啡☕️酥皮龍蝦湯每次只要見到都會飲，都ok 唔錯。可能今日到得太早，所以唔使排隊，但係今次嘅新嘢就令人失望😮‍💨

跟住食小龍蝦松露芝士通心粉，其實俾我嘅時候已經賣相麻麻，可以睇到面個啲芝士已經凍硬左，啲通心粉放得太耐都硬晒，而且無咩味😑小龍蝦嘅肉乾爭爭。我猜測會唔會係尋日賣唔曬今朝返熱拎出嚟賣，所以咁樣🤢
