同同事去新城市食飯,見到有新餐廳,所以試吓~我哋叫咗雞白湯叉燒沾烏冬同埋黑松露野菌蒸雞飯!雞白湯叉燒沾烏冬上菜嘅賣相好吸引! 叉燒好大條~叉燒有某啲位好乾, 有啲失望同埋比較肥~烏冬好煙靭係類似稻庭烏冬嗰啲,幾好食~不過雞白湯就唔係日本拉麵嗰種, 有少少似開粉嗰啲白汁, 味道好淡, 冇咩雞湯味, 同埋烏冬沾落去會有啲太杰食落去好漏~黑松露惹菌蒸雞飯幾好食! 不過啲雞有啲鹹左少少~啲飯又黑松露味幾特別~而且份量都幾多!2款都叫咗套餐,可以揀要沙律或者點心~沙律就普普通通~點心都唔錯係菠菜蝦餃同埋小籠包! 蝦餃出邊個皮係用菠菜做嘅,雖然冇咩菠菜味,但係都幾特別!小籠包都皮薄多汁~

黑松露惹菌蒸雞飯幾好食! 不過啲雞有啲鹹左少少~啲飯又黑松露味幾特別~而且份量都幾多!
