To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係農曆大年初三,當然約左朋友一早去行山行大運。之後就去左一間剛剛新開張兩星期左右既餐廳 “茶泰” 試新野食。今次我哋三人去左茶泰門口,好多人排隊等入去餐廳…我哋就攞左飛,等左約 45 mins 就可以入去餐廳。我地三人叫了三個餐,分別係泰式干炒牛河,泰式菠蘿炒飯和煎雞扒蛋飯。另外叫 凍檸茶,熱檸茶和熱檸水。先講呢間餐廳既飲品…D 檸檬係預先攪碎黎沖,不似其他餐廳係用檸檬片…好有創意。而炒飯和干炒河夠鑊氣,雞扒煎得幾香脆三個碟餐都幾有水準,但新年期間需要加一服務費。價錢就貴左少少
