新年食豪d ! 為慶祝新一年,提早半個月book 定位於IFC 既Haku. 餐廳主打高級fusion 菜式,亦好有格調。首先前菜係HOKKAIDO UNI海膽多士同SMOKED COD ROE,海膽滑而香,cod roe 注入roasted garlic,好脆!KANPACHI,好新鮮!加入blood orange juice , 為接下來的美食打開胃口!LANGOUSTINE,上面有爽口既大蝦蝦肉,配上海膽布丁底,加上入少少柚子jelly ,口感層次豐富! FOIE GRAS caviar,佢話有驚喜,原來底部是充滿鵝肝!同魚子醬當然好夾啦,鵝肝唔會油膩,又滑,一口接一口我會叫佢做carbonara 蒸蛋,入面用上香滑carbonara 汁,配上粒粒煙肉,非常特別。yukon potato TRUFFLE,用上澳洲的小粒粒potato,散上法國頂級truffle 。potato 口感清爽。KING CRAB配上vermouth,蟹肉彈牙,加上少少柚子既清新,正!KAGOSHIMA PORK BELLY,with violet mustard. 好軟綿綿,好滑,一咬就化既感覺。肉味好

我地仲加左WINE PAIRING,+ HKD680,共5款酒,紅白sake甜品酒,ok la . 😂


總結係值得一試,但可能價錢就偏貴左少少,$1980 each + $680 wine pairing + 10% service charge . 但服務貼心,望住180度海景,值得回味!
