Pizza一直是港人喜愛的菜色,而Pizza Express因其甚穩定的食物水準得到客人好評,一直擴充至今達廿間分店。臨近新年,各餐廳也研發及推薦不同新年菜式。Pizza Express亦以牛肝菌配搭出多款新菜式。四款新主菜即點了三款嘗新。意式燉海鮮湯湯底茄香濃郁、入口帶綿綿茄蓉、味偏酸甜,易增加胃口。湯較濃稠,適合以套餐蒜蓉包再沾湯吃。海鮮包括元貝、蝦仁、青口等常見款,款多料足。牛肝菌雞肉螺絲粉牛肝菌、燒雞肉、配上絲翠奇亞芝士,濃郁惹味。軟糯拉絲芝士溶滑柔軟、燒雞肉醬香入味、牛肝菌更添豐富層次的味道。牛肝菌西班牙腸薄餅風乾西班牙腸切片鋪薄餅面,肉味濃厚、帶煙燻香氣、齒頰留香。薄餅偏扁薄香脆,三種芝士配搭帕爾馬火腿,咸香富口感。荔枝特飲、青蘋果特飲建議刺穿荔枝肉使荔枝香融入梳打水中,入口清爽微甜。總括來說,新年新景象,這次體驗還真跟以往的Pizza Express不太一樣。
