To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於來到年三十晚好彩車爸爸開始放假,因為我今天才準備為屋企洗邋遢仲要整糕真係忙到飛起少啊!不過也無阻我繼續跟大家分享甜蜜新年下午茶的興致。今日要介紹一間充滿渡假感覺酒店的下午茶,主題當然是圍繞著新年節慶的美食吧!甫踏進酒店已感受到滿滿的過年氣氛,首有豐盛的全盒、小巧的醒獅、大大棵桃花及可愛的大熊貓來迎接我。這天我要到的餐廳正是位於酒店一樓大堂的Lighthouse Lounge星耀廊,這兒是間擁有超無敵高樓底加落地玻璃兼海景的Lounge,在這裡嘆下午茶真非常有渡假的感覺!雖然這趟來主要是嘆下午茶,但我發現了有一杯超可愛好襯兔年的飲品,他的名字叫做White Rabbit$88,由意大利雪糕打成的香草奶昔、配大白兔奶糖Cream、花生及麥芽糖碎混合而成,賣相雪白清純又可愛口感細滑味道更很香甜呢!相信大人跟小朋友也抗拒不了這美味的大白兔飲品。酒店特意為新春推出了這一個新年節慶下午茶,三層架由四鹹四甜點心、英式鬆餅及自選飲品組合而成。鹹點當中包括有黑松露雞蛋軟包、醃吞拿魚小班戟、鴨肝醬三文治及蟹肉瑞士卷,每件也小巧精緻但味道非常有驚喜。先品嚐了這一朵像玫瑰花般美麗的醃吞拿魚小班戟,師傅用上

先品嚐了這一朵像玫瑰花般美麗的醃吞拿魚小班戟,師傅用上可持續發展的吞拿魚來製作,還配上矜貴的藏紅花、蒜泥蛋黃醬及芝士,吃下口感非常有層次味道也很鮮甜,最讚是墊底的小班戟也弄得非常軟熟可口。

終於來到品嚐甜品時間!四件甜點分別是四季春慕絲、夏威夷果仁拖肥撻、花雕泡芙,還有味道出人意表的陳皮芝士蛋糕, 陳皮、忌廉芝士加上橘子啫喱的化學作用引得味蕾囉囉孿。

然後這件紅卜卜的花雕泡芙面頭層用上士多啤梨紅棗忌廉,內裡配襯了勁中國風的滑溜花雕忌廉、吃下香甜中帶上幽幽的花雕香氣很特别的味道。

這個下午茶可自選Elephant Grounds咖啡或JING的精選茗茶,而我則選了Jasmine Pearl用上來自中國雲南的茉莉花茶,散發著天然茉莉花的香氣挺好喝的。
