To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年糕點中的清泉

每個新年都是由蘿蔔糕開始，之後到馬蹄糕結束，真的由喜歡都吃到變成不喜歡。今年新年終於有新意，朋友送來城景酒店樂雅軒中菜廳的紅桑子蘭香子十勝紅豆糕，唯一一盒凍糕，非常期待。紙盒上有一隻今年的生肖主角 - 猴子，紅色的喜慶包裝，甚有新年氣氛。不用蒸和煎，直接食用，團年飯過後我們便當作甜品享用了。層次分明的紅桑子蘭香子十勝紅豆糕，大家看到都不楝讚嘆。最頂層是紅桑子啫喱，口感Q彈帶點酸酸甜甜的味道，之後是甚有口感的蘭香子，爽口帶脆，中間是由正宗日本十勝紅豆製作的紅豆糕，紅豆粒香甜軟棉，紅豆糕甜而不膩，最底是紅桑子啫喱軟糕，甚有彈性的軟糕充滿著紅桑子的酸甜，非常醒胃。層次和口感極為豐富，而且食材健康，味道清新，絕對是新年糕點中的清泉。
