To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬天凍冰冰一定係食火鍋,但次次食來食去都係沙爹鴛鴦鍋又覺得悶悶哋,所以今次揀咗北角新開張哩間 Gyu gyu Shabu Shabu,原本見到係日式 Shabu Shabu 放題已經心動,仲要有多個口味嘅雪糕。加埋新張期間四送一就更加抵食去到人超級多,好彩我哋比較早到唔駛等咁耐,如果係四人以上記得早啲拎定飛,唔係就要等一段時間啦!坐到入去環境好靚,係以粉藍粉紅做主調,影相打卡一流!而且位置好寬敞,唔駛同人逼,一人一鍋又衛生,外面自助除咗多款菜,竟然仲有炸物,炸物真係非常少見,通常一般 SHABU SHABU 都係俾人夾就算,好少會炮製一啲即做食物出嚟。 而牛方面我叫咗黑毛和牛,油花同厚度都好正,又滑又香 ,哩個價錢抵到爛!傳單上睇到原來中午都有定量放題,$100都唔駛就可以任食外面自助BAR,中午 LUNCH都係一個好選擇!
