身為荃灣友, 有新店開梗係要去踩下場啦糖醋排骨甜甜地的醬汁黏住每舊的排骨, 個味就真係好正啦!不過唔知排骨係咪煮太耐呢, 有少少偏硬(個人比較中意食香口野)炸雞扒配擔擔麵雞扒炸得好脆, 而且應該係即叫即炸, 因為一食第一啖就真係好脆, 同埋雞肉都好滑好多汁! 配合埋擔擔麵既花生湯, 真係一流擔擔麵湯底有好濃的花生湯味, 但係無因為咁而令到個麵就太咸, 麵質亦好爽, 唔會太硬太淋生煎牛肉包, 印象中好多生煎包都係好硬, 又可能係好淋, 總之就唔太好食! 但係呢間係炸到好脆皮, 入面係包住牛肉碎, 牛肉碎有醃過所以有少少咸味, 所以生煎包既不油膩, 又不會外硬上海醬鴨, 皮脆內滑, 而且甜甜地的醬汁, 配埋飯就真係一流(當日食唔晒仲打包左返企第二日再伴飯吃)
