主打招牌酸種蛋撻的BakeHouse 新店選址東涌,仲要一出地鐵站B出口就係,可以外賣🥡都可以堂食,室外設有少量座位,可以坐低享受吓。多款酸種面包、酥皮蛋撻、英式鬆餅、牛角酥、肉桂卷、曲奇吉士冬甩🍩應有盡有,抵佢係長期人氣長龍店。新店有幾款限定口味,可惜當天沒有奶茶蜂蜜丹麥酥多士同Tiramisu雪糕但有大澳蝦籽卷。大澳蝦籽卷(HKD 36):充滿淡淡嘅醬油香,加上大澳益昌號老字號蝦籽,質感似蔥油卷,由於每一層都塗上醬油和蝦子,整體略嫌過鹹,無下次。酥皮蛋撻(HKD 12.5): 果然係名物,酥皮夠曬脆,雖然吾係熱辣辣,內餡吾會太甜,充滿煉奶香,分享食會好啲,自己食曬會好膩。總結:值得一試 排下隊酥皮蛋撻名不虛傳
