To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過何車都係有條人龍在外面排隊，非常好奇究竟有咩咁吸引呢？.有缘經過此店冇人排隊，立即入來坐低。炎炎夏日想食涼拌set,但配炸物比較熱氣，於是改配細何麵5餸。烏冬微涼，配麻酱、蒜、香菜，吃起來十分香口、透心涼。糖心蘿白，炆得捻和非常入味鲜甜。滷汁雞翼也很美味。車仔麵配飛天牛腩、豬皮蘿白，加上蒜、乾蒜、芫茜、滷水汁，吃起來色香味俱全。水鱿容易咬，少少辣十分野味。 见到有炸生蠔可選4件或6件，即點即炸，值得等待。炸生蠔炸成金黄色，外層脆口，裏面十分juicy熱辣辣。何車嘅車仔麵值得再食，下次想试丼飯。
