To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信好多香港人同我一樣,放假都鍾意同屋企人嘆返 一盅兩件,但係舊式酒樓去得多食黎食去都係果幾樣好似無乜選擇。。。。。。今日我就同屋企人試下新式野,點心樣式又多又靚,真係好想樣樣都試哂呀!不過得果2大細又點會試得哂呢🤣。雞絲粉皮係我嘅至愛😍😍,見到有梗係要試啦! 唔。。。賣相唔錯,不過我都係鍾意小x閣果個😉。下面尼個係素鴨,感覺有d似片皮鴨,雖然大舊咗小小,但勝在唔油膩,都ok。小籠包值得一讚👍,皮薄汁多,好味。哈哈~~~,個雞巢淨係睇造型都滿分啦,小朋友睇到差d唔捨得食🤣🤣。 雞仔有d似咸水角,而雞蛋就係。。。。。。原來係芒果布丁 (我重以為係雞蛋布丁,真係估佢唔到😆)。哈哈~~~又係另一可愛到極嘅造型,覺唔覺得有d似芝麻街果d公仔😆😆。好可愛嘅魚柳包仔,一口一啖都幾過癮。無咁油膩感嘅鮮蝦春卷,食落好有蝦味,唔錯。招牌bb乳鴿,真係乳鴿,同平時酒樓果d唔同,細隻好多,皮脆夠味,但就無乜肉,鍾意吮骨嘅朋友必食。醉雞夠入味,雞肉嫩滑,推介。價錢都算相宜,有咁嘅創意同質素,唔錯。#飲飲食食 #飲食推介 #帶你試盡特色美食 #新派酒樓 #飲食blogger
