To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾日狂風暴雨後，趁著天氣稍稍放晴，即刻出去搵晏仔食😄🤭。記得之前睇YouTube 有條片訪問左間舊式茶餐廳轉手左比班年青人，即刻上網check check ，原來又剛剛係油麻地附近，甫即去餐廳門口視察現場。咦！仲有一個卡位，我地即刻入去，服務員亦即招呼入內就坐😬😬。坐下來好好睇吓餐牌，原來食物選擇不是一般茶餐廳般那麼多，最後都揀左幾款試試😊😬⋯⋯點左： 京蔥沙嗲牛肉比高（封門柳）五香肉丁滑蛋花生醬多士籮柚泡芙啡滑啡立刻以為少少嘢 但其實份量都幾足，味道都不錯，很有創意的食品製作心思😊。有機會下次可再嚟🤭🤭
