放工朋友話book左上環一間新式韓國餐廳試下,我都係跟隊去食,去到環境似西餐感覺,唔似一般韓國餐廳咁,有一個corner放左好多酒同飲品,望住感覺都幾relax睇餐牌係有傳統菜式,我地都係想試下傳統菜先雪濃湯喺韓國飲過都知係清淡口味嘅,入面用左牛𦟌同羅白,同韓國用牛肉唔同。但飲落味道差唔多,幾清甜。湯已經煲到奶白色,羅白入味但唔會煲到爛,牛𦟌一d都唔un。飲得出完全係材料本身嘅原汁原味人參雞,人參味相對韓國飲的唔算太重,雞肉入味但唔夠滑。湯入面飯粒吸收晒湯頭就幾好味蕃茄湯正常唔算淡,所以煲鳥冬都入味幾襯。帶子煎香左先放,加分。但得兩粒,如果多少少會好d呢個鐵板牛肉係呢幾樣入面我最鍾意嘅,因為我鍾意食濃味野,呢個夠晒味,好送飯!牛肉份量好多,係韓國甜醬油炒牛肉果隻味,仲有入晒味嘅牛蒡得閒送下飲左提子梳打,都係韓國品牌,好味不過韓國好多汽水本身都係偏甜,怕甜嘅人就叫番佢地d cocktail同茶會比較好
睇餐牌係有傳統菜式,我地都係想試下傳統菜先
