呢排天氣咁凍,突然間就好懷念泰國,今日朋友同我講話牛頭角附近有個新開嘅泰式美食市集,已經連續五年獲得《米芝蓮港澳版》推介泰菜,所以就決定來食晚餐。呢到座位超大空間感,好多卡位,超級新淨。cooking station全部都分開哂,有burger station,有boat noodle & grill,有main station同bar station。最裡面更加有一個超靚嘅private area。沙嗲雞肉串燒 $48燒得好出色,雞肉keep到好juicy,但係最重要都係個沙嗲醬,唔會太將住喉嚨,但係個味道真係好重花生沙嗲味。馬拉盞炒通菜 $88最怕出面啲炒通菜炒得油淋淋,呢度剛剛好,炒得清脆,但係又夠味。慢煮美國封門柳配新薯 $228呢個我覺得係必點,啲牛肉燒得好嫩滑,唔會好嚡,個薯仔有口感,但係最犀利都係個薯蓉,有少少冬陰功嘅味道,加埋佢夠creamy。牛肉船麵 $88個湯底好濃郁,herb味比外面食過嘅更加濃厚,肉嘅份量都好多。今日我地都叫左嘅幾樣嘢都好好食。下次我一定要brunch都來食
