To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我有一位很喜歡食日式拉麵嘅朋友佢同我講話佢公司附近新開左一間食豬骨湯底嘅拉麵店。所以我今日特登去佐敦試一試呢一間我朋友推介嘅拉麵店。真係犀利,雖然係新開嘅鋪頭,但已經係要排隊先可以幫襯嘅拉麵店。入到去有一位能夠操流利日語嘅店員招呼我,點解我知道佢能夠操流利日語唔係因為我識日語,二係因為我聽到佢用流利嘅日語同嗰位係麵檔嘅日本師傅溝通。你為店員同我解釋佢哋鋪頭嘅來源及佢哋仔湯嘅方法之後就向我介紹左佢哋嘅拉麵,佢哋呢間鋪頭只有三種拉麵原味嘅豬骨魚介湯底,加左黑麻油及炸蒜嘅黑蒜湯底,及秘製辣醬嘅辣味湯底嘅。已叉燒嘅選擇有兩種一種係用半肥瘦做嘅豬肩叉燒及一種用五花腩做嘅日式角煮。店員向我推介如果第一次來應該是佢哋嘅完美湯底但因為我本身喜歡食客船湯底所以我就叫黑蒜湯底陪五花腩肉嘅拉麵。你份拉麵唔止賣相靚,而且佢嘅湯底非常之美味層次豐富有夠熱有夠滑。最緊要係不得不提佢嘅糖心蛋蛋未有夠而且仲有淡淡的清酒香係我係香港食個拉麵店嘅糖心蛋最好嘅一個。係我等緊師傅為我準備拉麵嘅時候我見到佢哋廚房入邊有幾位師傅喺度包緊餃子,同其他大部份嘅日式拉麵店好唔同因為佢哋係自己手做餃子唔係叫返嚟一包包拆開所以我都忍唔住叫

餃子唔係叫返嚟一包包拆開所以我都忍唔住叫咗一份試。餃子新鮮不在話下餃子皮薄餡多。
咁凍嘅天氣食玩熱辣辣嘅拉麵又飽又滿足,師傅咁有心住過骨湯有咁有心去包餃子,我一定會介紹俾我朋友來試試。

在日本常見的保溫冰水壺及替玉券,此店真日式... ICHIBAN!
