To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新春開年飯，最受大家歡迎的一定係中菜，今次食左一餐好有特色的中菜。中庭餐廳嘅菜式選擇非常多，由精緻的點心蟹肉兔子餃，色香味俱全的片皮鴨，香辣撲鼻的辣子雞，到香滑帶點甘香的腰果露同懷舊椰香蛋散，簡直係越食越有驚喜！今餐嘅每一道菜都不單止各有特色，而且水準都非常高，可以見得到餐廳對食物嘅要求格外高。另外，嘅服務殷勤有禮，不時會問我們對菜式的意見和需要，上菜速度也啱啱好。最后，唔可以唔提一下餐廳的舒適嘅環境，裝修優雅，客房內安靜又有私隱。
