新年就嚟喇🥳🥳 呢間都推出咗新春盆菜,由2人份到10人份都有。另外而家係海蠣節,所以我哋都試咗時令海蠣🦪😋《盤滿缽滿鮑魚大蝦盆菜》真係包羅萬有,大大隻鮑魚瑤柱、嫩滑嘅花膠、爽口嘅海參、鮮甜嘅蟶乾大蝦、啖啖肉嘅燒肉同花菇等,大大滿足軟煎黃花魚百秒黃花魚就食過好多次,今次就試吓呢款,魚都先炸再加醬汁,所以外脆內嫩,魚肉份外鮮甜。海蠣煎 金黃色的海蠣煎,酥脆香口,海蠣每粒都漲卜卜,鮮甜唔腥酥炒芋芯味道好特別,鹹中帶甜,外層香脆,芋芯鬆軟入口即溶,相當吸引😍興化米粉米粉比一般的幼,好易入口,而且炒得好香好乾身唔油膩,份量好多,蝦、蜆、肉片、花生等扁肉湯我最愛嘅湯,冬天飲暖笠笠仲正。扁肉粒粒晶凝通透,好似小元寶咁,入口煙煙韌韌,好有口感。桂花陳皮燉雪梨🍐原個燉雪梨🍐滋潤好味,食完皮膚都滑啲☺️
