黃花魚湯新鮮好飲今晚同同事晚飯,去了鑽石山莆田,平時好少食福建菜式,今晚就去試吓。點了一個菜,一個魚湯,一個蠔餅,一個興化米粉,魚湯好新鮮完全沒有醒味,蠔餅不是一般潮式的蠔餅,不是炸的所以保持一定濕潤不會熱氣,不太乾身,興化米粉的米粉好幼身,入口即化。總結晚餐體驗良好,下次會再光顧

之前同個朋友去完西貢玩之後,回程嘅時候就去鑽石山食晚飯,坦白講荷里活廣場高質嘅餐廳就唔多,最後就選擇咗呢間食福建菜嘅餐廳。最後同個朋友就揀咗一個二人餐,每人就會有一客鮑魚,一隻大閘蟹,一條淡水魚,椒鹽豬手,同埋兩個人分享一個海鮮滷麵,去到最後仲會有甜品。坦白講,我就平時好少食福建菜,所以我就好難去比較,我覺得客鮑魚同大閘蟹就還好,但係條淡水魚就係基本上冇味,同埋超多骨,我諗骨呢個情況都應該係預期之內。本身就唔係太鍾意食豬手,不過個套餐包埋咁就冇計,我覺得味道就OK嘅,不過就真係唔太健康。個海鮮滷麵就好過預期,都幾好食。最後兩個人就大約$800埋單,我覺得係合理水平。
