年初五跟朋友生日聚會,朋友們想食中式餐廳,我就提議大家試下莆田,話晒新加坡創始店係米芝蓮推介餐廳!雖然我已經食過唔少次,但朋友們未試過就一於再食多次!😌一行三人,我地點左三個主菜加甜品。一埋位就上茶芥,個人覺得杯茶幾純飲得好舒服。再送上福建四果小食,個人比較喜歡碟甜酸菜,唔會太酸易入口!👍點左主食包菜飯 $118,有少少濕潤唔會太乾身,而且好足料,有菜、肉、冬菇及乾瑤柱,加上整個飯都有陣陣荷葉香味!再點左芋香鴨 $98,呢個菜每次黎都會點,因為實在太好味!芋香炸到外層金黃脆口,芋蓉嫩滑,而鴨肉夠香口,肉質又嫩,每次食完都會齒頰留香!再來黃金荷葉包三件 $114,個包炸到外脆內軟,而豬肉餡料肉質夠嫩,好味!甜品有薄荷枇杷凍$38、桂花陳皮燉雪梨$48及建蓮雪耳湯$38,三款都好滋補,個人比較喜歡薄荷枇杷凍,清爽潤喉。由於我地食午餐1:30後,客人較少,服務周到有笑容! continue reading

星期六又去咗莆田,地方環境好,店員服務又好,已經成為我飯堂啦,好多菜式都好食,呢度仲有甜品㖭今次食咗幾款招牌菜式~🥢傳統海蠣煎每招牌菜之一,好薄又好香,海蠣好食又好多,點辣醬汁更好味🤤🐥脆皮蒜香雞整得好香脆,雞肉保持都滑溜,蒜香十足🥢興化米粉每次都食,米粉乾身又幼,好好食,重點一啲都唔油,入面有蝦、菜、花生等等🥢上湯蔬菜有皮蛋加持好食好多,有埋上湯juicy啲😋🚩莆田 @putienhk continue reading
