To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天，我來到深水埗的添好運分店，這是他們最近經過重新裝修後的首次造訪。一走進店內，我立刻被翻新後的裝潢所吸引。以前相對陳舊的裝潢現在被換成了現代、時尚的風格，營造出一個舒適、溫馨的用餐環境。添好運一直以來以提供新鮮、美味的點心和精緻的粵菜而聞名。在重新裝修後，他們並沒有忽略這一點。我點了一份燒賣和招牌酥皮叉燒包，它們都表現出色。燒賣餡料鮮美多汁，叉燒包則是外皮金黃酥脆菠蘿皮，內餡鮮嫩多汁，絕對是一個讓人回味無窮的享受。新款食物米網鮮蝦粟米忌廉卷（炸）外皮超香脆入面有豐富嘅忌廉，10分惹味！
