以前食中菜最緊要就有鑊氣同埋大件夾抵食,而家嘅新派中菜好多時個環境擺設上枱都好講究。今日幫襯咗一間响灣仔叫尚夢·茳湖嘅新派中菜就做到以上呢幾點餐廳好近修頓球場,行過去都係兩三分鐘今晚試咗三個餸:欖角欖菜上肉排。將排骨上粉炸到酥脆,再用欖角欖菜加蜜糖造成嘅醬汁,包裹住排骨,香味甜美混和。炸完嘅肉入邊都好多肉汁,好食鹽燒野生黃魚,魚應該係用滾油慢慢淋熟嘅,之後再响上面灑少少孜然粉,魚肉做到嫩滑,孜然粉增加香味,唔錯嘅組合艇佬雜菜煲非常足料,單單係菜嘅款式都有五六種,再加上蝦乾鮮魷魚同炸過嘅銀魚仔,而且個湯底又甜,係一煲上佳嘅雜菜煲睇返Menu原來佢哋有啲慢活時光下午茶套餐,非常抵食,如果收工收得早,直程食埋先返屋企都唔錯🤣😋
