近兩個星期日都經過銅鑼灣鵝頸橋,見到V Point的日喜樓,不其然想起很久沒有嚐過京川滬菜。是日與友人飯聚,相約於日喜樓,喜其清雅簡約,光猛明亮的裝修。是日點了三款小菜及半隻雲吞雞,雲吞雞於六月做精選推介,平日198元,特價98元,抵食得很。四川回鍋肉回鍋肉肥瘦適中,大葱帶有辛辣味,醬汁濃厚,送白飯很匹配。黑松露炒蝦仁此餸雖然碟子小小的,但河蝦仁數量不少。河蝦仁雪白剔透,入口鮮爽,不老不韌,配上幽香的黑松露更能提升其香氣。奶油娃娃菜奶油津白是一道上海菜館必叫的菜式。 奶油娃娃菜香甜濃郁,配上火腿蓉,鹹香惹味,娃娃菜吸盡其精華。雲吞雞雲吞雞已預先分好,此窩有半隻雞、六粒菜肉大雲吞及一點白菜,雞湯味道很濃郁鮮甜,雞隻件頭不大,雞肉嫩滑,菜肉雲吞很結實碩大,每人食上三粒實在有點飽。
