荃灣西發展日漸成熟,自然美食也日漸增多。這次就找到了這間新派日式菜。菜式不算怎樣新派,反而餐廳格局很前衛,環境很有特色。蟹膏豆腐豆腐size一口過的,外層豆腐口感脆香,內層軟滑,加上面層的蟹膏和蟹子,吃落味道更加濃郁,非常惹味。明太子廣島蠔廣島蠔飽滿肥美,望落已口水直流,面層的名太子惹味,把蠔的鮮甜味提升,味道更有層次。蠔大大隻的,一啖入口,鮮味在口腔爆發,非常好味出色。香蔥牛肉薄燒雖然叫薄燒,但牛肉很厚身,大大件的,而且有四件。牛的肉味很濃,燒過的牛,味道更加香濃惹味。油脂充滿整塊牛肉,配上香蔥,又滑又香。A5和牛炒飯炒飯出色,粒粒分明,而且很有鑊氣,配上蔥花,味道清新又好味。和牛部位是牛坑腩,所以牛肉肥瘦適中,口感豐富,肉味香濃。
