To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大年初三, 沒有去拜年, 突然記起雪櫃內放了一盒上星期友人送的新派年糕, 於是拿了出來吃.紅桑子蘭香子十勝紅豆糕是城景酒店《樂雅軒》中菜廳的出品, 盒面用了今年的生肖金猴子為主角, 加上紅色的喜慶包裝, 很有新年氣氛. 以往吃賀年糕點, 來來去去多數都是熱食的如年糕和蘿蔔糕. 這個紅豆糕是凍吃的, 感覺上較新穎.切開後,  紅豆糕層次分明, 由頂層的紅色啫喱開始, 跟著是像"小眼睛"的蘭香子, 之下有粒粒十勝紅豆, 最下層有爽滑又Q彈的紅豆糕. 整件糕的散發著紅桑子的微酸味, 很醒胃; 而且有多重口感, 有軟滑的, 有爽滑的, 更有粒粒的, 口感複雜, 與平時吃糕點時的軟糯口感很不同, 就算平時當甜品吃也不俗呢!
